Welcome to Australia Zoo’s Education Department. We are a small but very dedicated group who are active in fulfilling our motto CONSERVATION THROUGH EXCITING EDUCATION.
We are committed to taking the message of conservation to the hundreds of groups that come through the Zoo looking to learn more.
Emma is one of our Education Officers. Her commitment to the Zoo began as a Volunteer in February 2002. After volunteering for just over a year Emma was offered a position as a Zoo Keeper and then a few months later, as Volunteer Coordinator.
Emma has recently moved across to help implement and improve our Education section. In her free time she loves cuddling up with her kitten, listening to live music and learning even more about animals!
